Wellness Center
The Wellness Center aims to promote all students' resiliency and positive social emotional wellbeing. Positive mental health contributes to effective stress management and healthy relationships. We want to help our students reach their potential by supporting their mental and emotional health.
Services Provided include
- Wellness Club (Monthly Themed Games and Activities, Weekly Wellness Newsletter, and Promoting Mental Health and Wellness)
-Wellness Workshops/ Push-In Lessons
-Wellness Check-Ins when referred by counselors
- Individual and Group mental health service
